Hydraulic Directional Control Valve

Hydraulic directional control valve are one of the most fundamental parts in hydraulic machinery as well as pneumatic machinery. They allow fluid flow into different paths from one or more sources. They usually consist of a spool inside a cylinder which is mechanically or electrically controlled. The movement of the spool restricts or permits the flow, thus it controls the fluid flow.

The spool (sliding type) consists of lands and grooves. The lands block oil flow through the valve body. The grooves allow oil or gas to flow around the spool and through the valve body. There are two fundamental positions of directional control valve namely normal position where valve returns on removal of actuating force and other is working position which is position of a valve when actuating force is applied. There is another class of valves with 3 or more position that can be spring centered with 2 working position and a normal position.

It is used to control the flow direction of the oil in the hydraulic system or to adjust its flow and pressure. The directional control valve is used as a kind of hydraulic valve, and the flow direction is controlled by the replacement of the flow passage. The types of directional control valves include check valves, hydraulic check valves, reversing valves, stroke deceleration valves, liquid filling valves, shuttle valves, and the like.

Chance Hydraulics is the manufacturers and suppliers of hydraulic directional control valve. There are a great selection of hydraulic directional control valve for sale at our factory. Welcome to contact us.

  • Hydraulic Pilot Operated Check Valves

    Hydraulic Pilot Operated Check Valves

+Hydraulic pilot operated check valves allow flow in one direction and prevents flow in the reverse direction unless cracking pressure is required to open the valve so then it allow the flow freely reverse.
+If the cracking pressure is closed, then the internal pressure in the system could be maintained. Two-steps...

  • Solenoid Operated Directional Valves DSG-03 Valve

Solenoid Operated Directional Valves DSG-03 Valve

These are epoch-making solenoid operated directional valves of high pressure, high flow which have been developed incorporating a unique design concept into every part of the valve including the solenoid. With wet type solenoids, these valves ensure the low noise and the long life, moreover, ensure no leakage of oil outside...Read More

  • Electric Cnotrolled Hydraulic Operated Dirctional Control Valves

Electric Cnotrolled Hydraulic Operated Dirctional Control Valves

These valves are composed of a solenoid operated pilot valve and a pilot operated slave valve. When a solenoid is energised the pilot valve directs the flow to move the spool of the slave valve, thus changing the direction of...Read More

  • Hydraulic Angel Check Valve

    Hydraulic Angel Check Valve

Hydraulic inline check valve is a single directional action valves which prevent flow in reverse direction via employing the spring force and piston positioning to achieve this feature. These valves allow free flow in one direction and prevent flow in the...Read More
